Judith and I decided to bake cupcakes and watch a movie saturday. This is what happened!
The recipe we modified. It was originally Rose and Pistachio cupcakes. We turned them into Orange Blosson and Walnut cupcakes. So so so very good.

Saturday morning, Victor and I woke up late and felt like taking a walk. We walked on St-Denis street until we found a nice little restaurant to have breakfast/lunch at. Although the look of the restaurant and of the menu wasn’t great, the food was absolutely fantastic.
After we got food in our systems, we kept walking for a little bit. On the way home, we stopped at the Kusmi tea shop to get some supplies for the week. As soon as we walked in, I knew I had to walk out with tea as well as a tea pot. Which is what I did.
Later that day, I baked cupcakes with my friend Judith. Pictures to come!
This is a FORLIFE Design Tea pot. They have such cute and quirky kitchen things on their online shop it’s hard to contain myself. This tea pot is part of the Curve Teaware collection available in nine bright colours.
I got 50g of Rose Green tea. It’s perfect for me. The taste is very delicate and soft. I’ve just been addicted to it since saturday. I’ll have to go back very soon to get some more (and maybe drop off my resumé?).
And this is the tea Victor got for himself. Black Assam tea. He asked for the strongest thing they had. A bit too strong for me.

It’s the best way to dress up my usual monochrome black outfits. Simply love it.
Spent the day with Denise Gonzalez who just scored a role as the singer on Cirque du Soleil’s Alegria. I had met her when I first started working as Zoe in Quidam. She used to be Zoe as well. About 2 years before me. So we spent the day in the M.A.C. shop with a friend of hers from Belgium trying on whatever we could see and getting our makeup done by the busy salesgirls.
It was a good day :)

Pourquoi est-ce que la vie ne pourrait pas se mettre en mode pause pendant deux semaine? Tellement d’examens, de spectacles, de choses à préparer et tellement d’autres choses complètement insignifiantes qui font partie de ma vie de tous les jours mais que je dois couper pour peut-être réussir à ma forger un avenir avec mes notes (?).
C’est rien. Mais ça me dérange.
